TRAINING – SALES

To ensure smooth operations and a successful launch, iMobiles will provide comprehensive sales training as part of the franchise onboarding process. The training process is as follows:

Initial Training at Head Office:

The franchisee will attend a one-week training program at our Head Office to learn about the sales process, product knowledge, customer handling, and operational procedures.

On-Site Training During Store Launch:

At the time of the outlet opening, our Head Office team will visit the franchise location to provide hands-on, live training and assess the franchise setup. This support will continue for a couple of days to ensure a smooth start.

Logistics Responsibility:

All necessary food and accommodation during the training period must be arranged and covered by the franchisee.




Service – Manpower Support

Manpower for service operations will be provided by iMobiles. However, all necessary food and accommodation arrangements for the technician must be taken care of by the franchisee.

In the event a service technician is transferred or leaves the branch, a replacement will be provided within 7 to 15 days.

. It is the sole responsibility of the franchisee to manage and support the assigned service technician during their tenure.

In certain cases, there may be challenges in immediate manpower availability. During such times, the brand will provide training support to a technician arranged by the franchisee. 

   > Note: The franchisee will bear the cost of this training.
